Ghost puts performance-powering Senactiv into its highly-anticipated sports drink

Ghost Hydration Drink

The highly-anticipated Ghost Hydration Drink is expected to be rolling into the brand’s many different retailers, chains, and distributors in the coming month or so, and it is more than likely going to disrupt the sports drink space as we’ve seen it do in other categories. The original lifestyle supplement company is bringing its signature combination of on-point marketing, unforgettable flavors, and in-depth formulation.

The Ghost Hydration Drink is said to be hitting shelves in five flavors, two of which will be authentic flavor collaborations, something that hasn’t been done before for sports drinks. Those tastes are Kiwi Strawberry, what appears to be Orange Squeeze, Lemon Lime, Sour Patch Kids Redberry, and Sour Patch Kids Blue Raspberry. In the build-up to the launch of the beverage, details have come in on what’s going to be inside the product.

As mentioned, Ghost is known for its attention to detail in the area of formulations, and that is no different in the Ghost Hydration Drink. The ingredients and dosages aren’t identical to the already available Ghost Hydration supplement, but they certainly stand out, especially in a category where traditionally you don’t get anything supremely complex, mostly more electrolytes and a lighter level of sugar and calories.

Ghost Hydration Drink Label

The Ghost Hydration Drink comes with a total electrolyte count of just under a gram, including 700mg of potassium, 126mg of magnesium, 60mg of calcium, 70mg of chloride, and 40mg of sodium from various sources, one of those being premium Aquamin marine-sourced minerals. Alongside that are some B vitamins, 100% of your daily vitamin C at 90mg, and one of our favorite performance and muscle-building ingredients, Senactiv, at an effective 50mg, which can also be found in Ghost Size and the Ghost Hydration supplement.

Being a sports nutrition brand first, Ghost has not let us down on the macros in the Ghost Hydration Drink, keeping it focused on the purpose of hydration and performance, and not having to worry about an overdose of sugar. The premium sports drink has absolutely no sugar and 3g of carbohydrates for a total of 10 calories in a half-liter bottle, and again, the promising product is due to be available within the next month or so.
