Legacy makes a creatine-based muscle-builder with a touch of pumps and focus

Legacy Build

The team at Legacy has released a creatine-based muscle builder, which is very much centered around a solid dose of creatine, although it has a few other items in the mix that make it a more multi-benefit supplement. The name of the innovation is Legacy Build, and each of its three capsule servings comes with 1.5g of concentrated creatine HCl to support muscle strength, performance, and power; then there are two others alongside it to additionally enhance muscle pumps and mental focus.

Offering support for pumps in Legacy Build is agmatine sulfate at a moderate half-a-gram a serving, and driving the nootropic or focus portion of the experience is the commonly used alpha-gpc at 150mg, not quite at the level we usually see it in pre-workouts of 300 to 600mg. The combination is most definitely unique; again, Build is a creatine-powered muscle builder but sets itself apart with agmatine for pumps and alpha-gpc for focus, in small dosages, but they’re in the formula nonetheless.

Legacy Build is in stock and now available for purchase directly through the brand’s online store, and considering it’s mostly creatine, it is rather pricey at $49.99 for a bottle of 30 servings to get you through a typical month. As mentioned earlier, it comes in capsule format, so you won’t be able to throw it in your pre-workout or post-workout shake, but it is convenient enough to take whenever and wherever you want.
