Prime X’s massive $1,000,000 treasure hunt prize goes to a single hard-working individual

Prime X Teasure Map Complete

The Prime X treasure hunt has come to a close, and the winners have been announced. As a quick recap, Prime X is a special edition flavor of the popular Prime Hydration Drink, and what makes it interesting is under each wrapper is a map piece, and there are 12 different pieces in total. If you collected all 12 within the giveaway timeframe, you would win a share of $1,000,000. Based on the brand’s details, we suspected there were only eight of the rarest map piece; that wasn’t confirmed, but the math worked out well.

Logan Paul, one of the two main faces of the beverage behemoth Prime, got on a call with a lucky and clearly hard-working individual named Amanda, who managed to hunt down and, indeed, collect all 12 pieces of the Prime X map, including of course, one of the rare ones. It actually turns out that absolutely no one else was able to successfully complete the treasure map, meaning the million-dollar prize is not being divided or shared at all, and that entire seven-figure cash prize is going directly to Amanda.

Based on our calculation of there being only eight of the rare map piece under the lid or label of Prime X — the precise probability the brand provided was 1:3,762,535 — there was very little chance that anyone would find all 12. With the number of people that grab a bottle when they’re on the go or purchase Prime X without even caring about the prize at stake, it is incredible that anyone managed to get one of the rare pieces and the other 11, but it happened, just one person, across the US, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
