SAVAS shows its strength selling one million bottles of its newest RTD in just two weeks

Savas Sells One Million Milk Protein 30g Rtds

We’ve said many times before that it’s a rare but great opportunity to get a look behind the scenes at brands regarding actual sales numbers. While there are obvious positives for competitors, it’s really interesting to hear and get an idea of just how big and how well a company is doing, even though the numbers being shared are from the bright side and may never be a complete picture. With all of that said, SAVAS in Japan has passed on an interesting detail regarding one of its most recent releases.

For those who missed it, SAVAS came out with a higher concentrated version of its popular Milk Protein RTD, packing 50% more protein than the previously largest at 30g in the same size 430ml bottle. The Japanese brand came out with that product about two weeks ago, very clearly not long, although it has revealed that in that time, it has managed to sell 1,000,000 bottles. Obviously, that is units gone to retailers, as that’s the extent of the brand’s measurement, but it is still an incredibly impressive number.

To give you some sort of comparison, Applied Nutrition celebrated 4,000,000 bottles of its sports drink Body Fuel in four months; SAVAS’ 30g Milk Protein RTD is twice that in terms of pace in two weeks, and more importantly, this isn’t really completely new product. As mentioned earlier, this kind of information is great to hear as a consumer and supplement fan as it shows firsthand how popular SAVAS is, how extensive its distribution is, and how strong the market is to see that level of success for a new release.
