Big in Spain is one of the few sports nutrition brands out there that has taken the authentic collaboration approach and applied its own sort of spin on it, partnering with other companies and their signature foods specifically popular in Spain. One of the many partners Big has got together with is Conguitos, the maker of a widely available and much-loved chocolate-covered peanut snack. The two made flavors of protein powder as well as a protein bar, shaped around the classic Conguitos candy.
The team at Big is back again, collaborating with the legendary Conguitos in Spain for another flavor those in the country grew up with from the food giant’s extensive catalog. Again, the first time the two came together, they made a classic Congutios chocolate and peanut flavor of protein powder, except for the bar it was a twist of dark and white chocolate. In the latest partnership between Big and Conguitos, the supplement company has utilized the crunchy variant, Conguitos Galleta.
The Conguitos Galleta variant is still a chocolate-covered treat, although instead of crunchy peanuts on the inside, it’s crispy biscuit. Big has turned that sweet chocolate and savory biscuit or cookie experience into a flavor for three protein powders in the isolate-powered Only Whey, CFM ISO Zero, and the slower-digesting Micellar Casein. Big does include actual Conguitos Galleta pieces in each of the products, but as delicious as all of this sounds, there is only limited time to get your hands on them.
