Protein Waffles from Enhanced Labs is a pre-packaged, soft and smooth, ready-to-eat waffle that is covered in a delicious chocolate coating. Each packet comes with a single 50g waffle, and nutritionally, it’s more on the moderate side of protein snacking with 10g of protein, 19g of carbohydrates with 5g of that sugar, and a gram of fiber, 11g of fat, and 210 calories. It is not a supremely light and lean functional food, more of a better-for-you treat packing moderate protein.
