PXL gets together with the iconic Sonic the Hedgehog for a Cola flavor of its energy drink

Pxl Sonic Energy Drink

The Swedish energy drink PXL has always infused and maintained a gaming approach to its marketing, from its name and flavor titles to its product pages and authentic collaborations. The first partnership product the brand did was a special edition Eikon Elixir flavor for its energy drink with the video game Final Fantasy XVI. The gaming touch continues in PXL’s latest collaboration, where it has teamed up with a genuine video game icon.

PXL and Sonic the Hedgehog have created a Conic Cola flavor of the energy drink and covered the can in a large graphic of the impossibly fast hedgehog himself. The brand has packed all of its beverage’s signature active ingredients, which isn’t a lot, in a handful of b vitamins and an awakening 200mg of caffeine. The nutrition is also nice and low in any of the PXL energy drinks, and with Sonic’s Cola, it’s an almost non-existent five calories.

Not to sound too on the nose with Sonic the Hedgehog being involved, but the Sonic Cola PXL energy drink is only going to be around for a limited time, so if you want to get your hands on it and give it a try, you will need to be quick. You can head to the brand’s website to make your purchase, and the price is not too bad taking that route either at 449 SEK (44.94 USD) for a case, and that’s a large case of 24 cans, working out to $1.87 USD each.
