Mars moves its Marscle menu into double digits with three unique new flavors

Mars Brown Sugar Marscle

Marscle is the primary comeptitor in the protein powder category from Chinese sports nutrition company Mars, featuring just whey concentrate — no whey isolate in a blend — to provide a solid 20g of protein in a 30g serving with around 120 calories. As is the case with most brands in Asia, Mars has a unique selection of flavors for its protein supplement, far from your standard chocolate, vanilla and cookies, including the likes of Matcha Latte, English Milk Tea, and Peanut Milk.

This month, Mars is expanding the menu of its Marscle protein powder, adding a substantial amount of new options, bringing the selection to a total of 10 or 11 if you count the neutral, Unflavored. The new additions continue that uncommon theme with more milk tea experiences in Soy Milk Black Tea and Brown Sugar Milk Tea. The other one is even more interesting, as it’s not a taste we’ve ever seen touched in sports nutrition, but it is popular in China with Wintermelon Milk.

All three of those flavors of Marscle protein powder are out now in the brand’s key markets of Taiwan and Hong Kong, in the same 2lb resealable pouch with a whey concentrate-based formula. You can grab it straight from Mars’ official online stores or be on the lookout for it at retailers.
