Functional food company Mucki in Germany is or was known primarily for its family of protein beverages, which are interestingly separated by much more than their flavor. The brand uniquely puts a different approach and formula into each product, and some of them are backed by a premier ambassador or collaborator. A great example would be the mango-flavored Mucki Protein Drink relying on whey for its 40g of protein per bottle.
German innovator Mucki has since expanded its selection and introduced another format to offer its functional approach with Protein Muesli. This is the first edible innovation from the brand, mixing oat and soy flakes, crispy soy protein pieces, and various flavoring ingredients like chocolate and sucralose. The recipe results in 16g of protein in a 50g serving, 7g of fat, 14g of carbohydrates, just a gram of that sugar, and 201 calories.
Mucki Protein Muesli is a functional twist on the classic muesli breakfast cereal, with those added benefits being more protein than your standard product, higher fiber, and significantly less sugar; again, there is only a single gram in 50g. You can serve it up how you please, whether that’s thrown into a smoothie, mixed with milk in a bowl, or in some other method, and the price on it is similar to other functional creations at €6 a box.
