Within the last few months, Ehrmann has branched out into another area of sports nutrition that involves more than just the muscle-building macronutrient. It now has a whole family of High Protein Creatine products, including a pudding, beverage, and even a bar. The company does an impressive job at keeping everything consistent, as whether you grab the dessert, drink, or edible bar, you get a respectable 20g of protein and 1.5g of classic creatine monohydrate.
The other macros do vary across Ehrmann’s High Protein Creatine collection, the pudding being the standout at 4.6g of fat, 12g of carbohydrates with 9g of that sugar, and a calorie count of 174. Most protein bars with 20g of protein are around 200 to 220 calories, although here, in a sweet, smooth, and creamy pudding you get far better. As for flavors, each of the Ehrmann innovations has two options; Pudding’s Chocolate and White Chocolate; Chocolate and Pistachio for the beverage; and Peanut Caramel and White Chocolate Strawberry for the bar.
