ProPud is a household name in the business of functional foods in Sweden, not just because of its original and addictively delicious protein pudding, but now also its thick and creamy protein shakes and dessert-inspired protein bar. The creative brand has done some incredibly interesting flavors of its bar, like Chocolate N’ Biscuit, and the patriotic extensions Chokladboll-inspired Delicatoboll, Kolakaka, and Kanelbulle.
ProPud is getting ready to roll out another two tastes for its signature edible protein snack, and one of those appears to be an authentic flavor collaboration, where it has got together with a legacy Swedish candy in Nöt-Crème. The two have partnered for an authentic Nöt-Crème ProPud Protein Bar, bringing the signature taste of the candy in its gooey, creamy chocolate and hazelnut filling inside a chocolate praline.
Despite the extra-delicious Nöt-Crème ProPud Protein Bar, the nutrition profile is still there at 17g of protein per piece, no added sugar, reasonable calories, and best of all, a candy bar like taste and texture. If this is an authentic collaboration, it will be the first we’ve seen from the Swedish functional food company, and we’re confident it is since it has the actual logo of the legacy Nöt-Crème candy brand on the front.
