Max Out from iForce could easily be your new favorite pre-workout

Review of iForce Nutrition's pre-workout supplement Max Out

Max Out is iForce Nutrition’s 100% transparently dosed pre-workout that launched a little over two months ago, at a price most would find extremely pleasing. When we say transparent, the supplement’s label doesn’t exactly reflect this, you will have to visit the brand’s website to see all of Max Out’s contents detailed. Also when we say pleasing price we mean less than a dollar per maximum serving, not a dollar per scoop or however else competitors sway the way their cost comes off. It was and still is an interesting formula, coming in as a strong AMP and DMBA free pre-workout solution. Over the past month we’ve been using this one on and off, comparing it to what else is out there and seeing what the iForce product has to offer. Without spoiling anything we have to say Max Out is definitely good at what it does, offering a lot more than what you’d expect.

iForce promise most of the usual effects with Max Out, listing laser focus, hydration and increased energy. The thing about those three is that you are missing something you see in quite a few others out there, and that is pump. The main reason behind that is because iForce do already have Hemavol, one of, if not the most well known pump pre-workout on the market. Straight away it does limit the supplement on range of effects and overall performance, especially with most of our favorites packing quite a bit of a pump. Despite Max Out not being able to compete in that particular area, as we mentioned earlier it definitely delivers on the highlights it promotes.

Increased energy is something very few pre-workouts fail to come through on these days, and it is no different in iForce’s Max Out. The product kicks off at just the right time and keeps you going for as long as necessary. Don’t be surprised if you don’t hear an alarm go off or sirens sounding, as the pre-workout doesn’t come in with any urgency. Max Out has a bit of a gentle introduction, as opposed to more stimulating formulas that have you itching to get in the gym. It is that gentle wave that makes the performance a lot more natural as we like to say, instead of being stimmed off your face and feeling like you’re being rushed through your session. Due to the nice shot of clean energy, you won’t get much of a crash or more importantly you won’t really know when to finish. Whether it’s due to a combination of the performance effects in Max Out or not, you may find yourself training for a lot longer than usual. It’s not like getting to the end and still having a good buzz so you have to keep hitting it. It’s more like you’re still kind of feeling as you did at about half way, and the energy seems to be sticking, so why stop. Obviously the energy does die down at some point, it’s just over a long period of time. Basically imagine finishing a solid 60 minute workout, then wanting to go for another half hour. That extended ability pretty much sums up Max Out’s energy and is also where the supplement’s focus comes in.

iForce do promise laser focus, which is a mind enhancing effect that we have seen very few pre-workouts come through on. Being the trustworthy brand that they are, iForce do indeed deliver on their confident claim. Like the clean and calm energy, Max Out’s focus doesn’t hit you right out of the gate. It’s another effect that really adds to the whole pre-workout experience bringing you into the zone at about 10 to 20 minutes in. As we have described before on the rare occasions we’ve come across the effect at this level, it essentially clears your head and puts you right where you need to be mentally. Whether you’re going for a high intensity workout pushing your limits, or a low rep heavy session. Max Out gives you that drive to go for what you want, keeping you in the moment and forcing out extra reps. As well as taking out unnecessary thoughts and surroundings when it comes time to break your one rep record. The focus really plays off the energy, going for just as long as the body fueling force. The enhanced drive also helps make those decisions you won’t regret later, where you finish your routine and have enough to consider going another few rounds.

In the beginning we did say iForce deliver on all their promised highlights, with hydration and performance being the last on the list. Despite the long lasting energy and laser focus really being the stars of the show, Max Out does have a heightened performance aspect to it. We would say it’s quite easy to miss as the effect is overshadowed and conflicts with the pre-workout’s energy, but it is moving from set to set where there is a bit of a helping hand. The energy is as mentioned clean and calm, which on most occasions would result in a nice low intensity yet powerful experience. That being said Max Out has the unique ability to marginally refuel your body and meet the product’s energy half way. The combination slightly lowers your rest periods and delays exhaustion, even though your performing quite frequently and comfortably. It’s not the best example of increased performance and heightened intensity, and can easily be missed. However being that Max Out has that natural dose of energy, we feel it allows for the supplement’s relatively small effect to play a noticeable part.

The last area we have to touch on is one we don’t usually talk about with pre-workouts. We had heard that iForce do a great job at flavoring their products, and that their lemon drop is quite mind blowing. In a category where top competitors have set a standard of tasting quite awful, Max Out proves pre-workouts can be flavored extremely well. The brand’s lemon drop is hands down the best lemon effort we’ve ever had, achieving a taste that’s not at all sour or bitter like we’re used to. If you can imagine a smooth consistent lemon drink, with no tang and just the fruity flavor, iForce’s lemon drop Max Out is better than that. Being that we aren’t fans of lemon, lemon lime or anything down that road, it’s a huge surprise to actually say we like this one. To be honest we would even go further than saying it’s the best lemon pre-workout we’ve had, to almost the best flavored pre-workout all round.

To summarize all of Max Out’s positive points in a few words, is quite difficult. We’d have to describe the iForce pre-workout as the perfect formula to bring out the best in yourself. It’s energy isn’t going to blow you away, and it’s marginal performance enhancement isn’t going to have you unnaturally refueled to hit maximum after maximum. Those two however combined with Max Out’s legitimate laser focus really pull together a great experience. For those times where you want to do a nice naturally focused session, and just get in the zone and be able to perform as well as you need to. iForce Nutrition has your back. While Max Out’s effects may not be enough to compete with some of the best we’ve had, together they make for a solid performance that will most definitely find a number of fans. It’s calm kick and tunnel vision drive make it one to remember, and no doubt the perfect partner for the pump powered Hemavol.
