The all-new MyoPlex Shred Powder from EAS is actually not what we initially expected based on its name. While it does sound like a fat burning protein powder, it is, in fact, a typical protein supplement that according to its list of ingredients has a bit of leucine added to it.

Each serving of MyoPlex Shred Powder provides a hefty 30g of protein from a blend of whey concentrate and milk isolate protein. Its other macros include 5g of carbohydrates with a gram of that fiber and 3g sugar, 3g of fat (half saturated), and a total of 170 calories.
