News came in this week about NJIE launching what looks to be its first-ever authentic collaboration, where it has gotten together with a legacy name in its home country of Sweden. That isn’t all the team has cooked up, as a preview of another upcoming extension to its edible protein product has come in.
Also coming soon from NJIE and ProPud in Sweden is a Hallongrotta ProPud Protein Bar, not put together with any particular brand or partner, like Nöt-Crème, but it is built around a familiar experience. The upcoming Hallongrotta protein snack is aiming to deliver an experience like the traditional Swedish cookie it’s named after, which takes a crumbly shortbread cookie and fills it with a sweet and vibrant raspberry filling.
The nutrition profile on the Hallongrotta ProPud Protein Bar keeps in line with the growing number of other options fans have to choose from for the protein snack that is widely available in Sweden, at specialty, convenience, and big box retailers. The delicious-sounding product packs a respectable 17g of protein per piece without any added sugar, all alongside a blend of shortbread and raspberry, like classic Hallongrotta.
