Supps: The Movie will feature the true origin story of Rich Piana

Supps The Movie

Last month filming began for the upcoming supplement documentary Supps: The Movie from the veteran fitness industry director and photographer, Alex Ardenti. The film is going to be a concentrated, but in-depth look at the supplement industry featuring interviews with a number big names.

Now one month on from when shooting began on Supps: The Movie, we have quite the update for you. It appears that a number of new names have been added to the growing cast of the supplement documentary as well as confirmation of a special feature.

A few of the exciting new additions to the cast include brand representatives Gerard Dente of MHP and MuscleMeds, Brendan Ahern of Ronnie Coleman Signature Series, Jack Owoc from VPX Sports, and Cassandra Martin from the newly released Wrkethic Supps.

There are a number of celebrity trainers and nutritionists on the list as well including Rehan Jalali, nutritionist to Ben Affleck and Sylvester Stallone, and Mike Ryan, the trainer of Mickey Rourke and the Rock. As for that special feature mentioned earlier, Supps: The Movie has said that it will be including what it describes as “The true origin story of Rich Piana”.

For more updates on the growing supplement documentary, stay tuned here at Stack3d as we’ll no doubt have more to share between now and when Supps: The Movie releases in the summer of 2018.
